The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of Tbilisi.
During my stay, I faced numerous issues that detracted from the experience. The room temperature was uncomfortably high, and despite multiple attempts, I couldn't get the balcony door to open for much-needed ventilation. The bathroom facilities were poorly designed, as the open shower had clogged drains, resulting in an annoying overflow situation every time I showered.

The staff were just awesome! They made such an effort to make sure I was comfortable, like bringing brekkie to my room when I needed it. The rooftop view is something else, like a koppie view of the city. The toilet and shower in my room were just lekker too!
Only thing was, the lift for the wheelchair wasn't working, so that was a bit touch and go.

My stay at the Reed was marked by excellent service from the staff, who were very accommodating and made my experience enjoyable. The hotel is modern and comfortable, with clean facilities. I particularly enjoyed the delicious food served at the restaurant, which had great ambiance and a stunning view of Tbilisi from the terrace. It was also conveniently located near the bridge and other attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
